What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Matric/Grade12, 2-3 years proven relevant operational experience, Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel, Good written and verbal communication, Managing and coping under pressure, numerical and analytical skills, Ability to take initiative in order to deliver results

Nice to Have

Post Matric qualification in Accounting and Finance, Financial System experience will be an advantage, Experience in a BPO Industry (added advantage), Building rapport and sound relationships with suppliers and customers, Continuous Business Improvement mind-set

What You'll Do.

Sectional management for clients’ Supply Chain (SC) and Accounts Payable (AP) function

Manage and oversee operations and financial related activities within the specified time frames and Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets

Creating a continuous improvement culture and collaboration across support structures to advance operations to the next level

Manage all sectional matters from a control

quality and turnaround perspective

Coordinating all HR related matters & creating a conducive work environment

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

Obtain and evaluate integrity of reports and providing accurate information for decision making

Obtain and analyse information

Scrutinise and distribute documents

Initiate adjustments/corrections

coach and assist Associates

Evaluate development and give feedback

Review business processes and suggest improvements (ongoing)

Compliance to company policies/procedure and Reporting

Handling all customer related queries
