What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Financial Crime Experience of at least 5 years, Experience into AML KYC, Experience into Crypto, Experience into CDD, Experience into EDD, MIS reporting, analytical and operations management skills, client focused with superior written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to work in a faced paced environment, Ability to work with limited structure, Proven work experience as a Training Manager, Track record in designing and executing successful training programs, Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, Excellent communication and leadership skills, Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively, Graduate, Flexible for rotational shifts
