Driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store customer and product operations
and talent development
Supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals
Teaching and coaching behaviors to Leads
Experts and Brand Associates to cultivate a high performing team
Supporting strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset
hiring and developing highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
Owning assigned area of responsibility
Implementing action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
Performing Service Leader duties
Ensuring consistent execution of standard operating procedures
Representing the brand
Understanding the competition and retail landscape
Promoting community involvement
Leveraging omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience
Ensuring all compliance standards are met
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager; Teaching and coaching behaviors to Leads, Experts and Brand Associates; Effectively interacting with customers and your team to meet goals
