Key Responsibilities * Perform scheduled accounting and reporting activities requiring analysis and research * Handle Record-to-Report (R2R) activities (daily & monthly close processes) * Interact with ANZ-based clients via email to resolve queries and ensure timely delivery * Support financial reporting, including variance analysis and notes to accounts * Manage intercompany (IC) accounting and consolidation activities * Work on local monthly tax computation and filings Functional Expertise * Strong experience in General Ledger (GL), Intercompany (IC), and Consolidation * Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes * Knowledge of variance analysis and financial statement preparation * Experience in service delivery, performance measurement, documentation, and training * Working knowledge of SAP / Coupa (preferred) Experience Requirements * 5+years’ experience as a Lead or SME in Tax / FP&A/RTR * Prior experience in finance shared services or similar environment preferred * Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment and flexible with location Technical & Soft Skills * Excellent analytical and data
