What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years’ solid facilities management experience working in financial institutions or corporate real estate industry, Experience to manage office space portfolio of 100,000 sq. ft. or more in multiple locations, Sound experience in supervising 3rd party vendors & people management, Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus), Technology-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of market practices in FM and procurement, analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking and effective incident management, Excellent negotiation abilities and supplier relationship management, Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure with prioritization, Detail-oriented, innovative, confident, and committed to deadlines with communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Degree preferred in Facilities Management / Environmental Science/ Sustainability / Business Administration or a related discipline, Health and safety background e. g. first aid certification & Safety card is a plus

What You'll Do.

Maintain relationships with internal clients

Oversee vendor management and procurement

including contract negotiation

service delivery monitoring against KPIs/SLAs

Update and execute site SOPs with full understanding and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety standards

Assist in delivering professional FM services including procurement and operational matters for office and customer-facing premises with cost effectiveness and efficiency

Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced vendors to deliver day-to-day facilities operations (including repairs

and telecom services)

ensuring a risk-free workplace

Supervise the sub-team performance

team building etc. activities

to build an efficient-working team

Support lease administration

liaise with landlords and building management

and assist in space planning

and workplace optimization projects

Enhance operational risk awareness by reviewing workflows

developing audit trails

and ensuring security management compliance

cost-saving recommendations.

Drive and coordinate ESG/sustainability initiatives

including environmental impact reduction

Support FM business continuity plans
