Full Job Description
**Job Purpose:** You will lead and support production and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and planning teams. We value clear communicators who coach teams, solve problems and drive continuous improvement. This role offers growth, hands-on learning and the chance to make a meaningful impact while uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. **Responsibilities:** \- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedules, quality and safety standards. \- Coach and develop production teams; set clear expectations and provide regular feedback. \- Support compliance and quality systems through investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change controls and audit readiness. \- Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation and system postings. \- Work with engineering and planning to manage equipment availability, material flow and capacity. \- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve key performance metrics. **Education, Experience & Skills:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience. \- 3 or more years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling or packaging operations. \- Experience with SAP, manufacturing execution systems or inventory management tools. \- Experience in production operations with supervisory or frontline leadership exposure. \- Problem-solving experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes. \- Ability to use manufacturing systems or enterprise resource planning tools for data posting. \- Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence methods. \- Experience conducting or supporting audits and audit readiness activities. \- Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional collaboration.
