Conduct periodic risk audits at various sites to identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them. Provide key accounts support by conducting soft services, labor compliance, and security audits as per the annual calendar audit plan. Train and develop the site team on key processes including procurement, planned preventive management, invoicing, and contract management to ensure compliance and efficiency. Utilize expertise in benchmarking best practices to drive continuous improvement in overall efficiency and productivity of risk management processes. Ensure compliance with labor and building laws, staying updated with the current legislation and industry standards. Collaborate with the ethics team to conduct thorough root cause analysis, identify control gaps, and mitigate process gaps at the site level.
