Must Have
Recognised Bachelor’s degree in media studies, public and business management, or other relevant social sciences/humanities disciplines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in English, Solid organisational and coordination skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team, Manage multiple tasks, Pay attention to detail
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Experience in project management, Experience in digital media
What You'll Do.
Participate in project planning and implementation
Assist in managing multiple projects
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Preparation of progress reports
Manage project management life cycle documentations
Support administration and implementation of programmes
Provide write-up for projects
Assist in production of publications and newsletters
Maintain accurate records
programme documentation
Coordinate logistics and communications for programme activities
Prepare purchase requests
financial documentation
Ensure adherence to University’s processes and guidelines
Assist in planning and organizing events
Coordinate logistics including venue booking
Facilitate communication and follow ups across stakeholders
Coordinate on-site event and troubleshooting
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collection
