What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university, Minimum 5 years of work experience, written and verbal communication skills, Comfortable with data, systems, managing structured processes and adhering to established policies and administrative frameworks
Nice to Have
polytechnic diploma and extensive relevant work experience, Relevant work experience preferably in internship management, programme/project management, customer service management and process engineering, Successful track record in the managing of internships and cooperative education is highly advantageous, Basic understanding about tertiary education landscape, career development and job market, A collaborative team player who contributes actively to team success, Demonstrated passion for supporting youth in their career journeys
What You'll Do.
Oversee end-to-end management of internship programmes
Manage internship operations and work processes
Develop strategies to increase internship opportunities
Monitor internship progress and address potential issues
Provide guidance and advice to students
Address and resolve internship-related issues
Engage with college and/or schools
Develop & maintain new and existing partners
Collaborate with respective internal stakeholders
Support team members in performing roles
Support Team Manager for continuity
Collaborate across intra-teams
Prepare and work with data and statistics
Analyse data and develop data insights
Lead adhoc projects in operations
Seek to adopt and use new technology/system
Contributes in solutioning for continuous improvement

Collaborate across intra-teams to drive optimal operational performance through partnerships and coordinated efforts; Collaborate with the respective internal stakeholders to ensure the provision of support for students’ internship search journey
