Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives, Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment, Ability to obtain specialized licenses for stores that sell alcohol and/or tobacco

What You'll Do.
Assist with store functions

Transfer merchandise to stockroom

Maintain seasonal areas of the store
Perform opening procedures
Perform closing procedures
Process corporate directives
Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures
Maintain store displays
Assist in ordering merchandise
Process damaged merchandise
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store
Ensure all areas are neat and presentable
Protect company assets
Secure company assets
Adhere to policies and procedures
Adhere to safety guidelines
Ensure all store associates follow company policies
Help Store Manager supervise associates
Help Store Manager train associates
Help Store Manager develop associates
Ensure a positive environment
