If you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Workday Lead - Core HCM to drive the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday’s Core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role will serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert, ensuring optimal configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional enhancements and projects in a fast-paced environment. _Workday Core HCM Leadership_ * Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules. * Serve as the primary SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Core HCM functionality. _Implementation & Enhancements_ * Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. * Define and document business requirements, functional designs, and system configurations. * Design and maintain scalable process frameworks. * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all processes. _Stakeholder & Vendor Management_ * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholder
