What You'll Do.
Act as first point of contact for HR
Address requirements or issues raised by HR or
Plan projects addressing business needs
Assess fit of new applications and vendors
Implement and support integrations
Perform impact assessment on payroll and rewards
Support HR business during projects
Take up IT project management role
Ensure requirements are understood by HR and IT
Ensure requirements and test plans are signed off
Work with HR for user acceptance testing
Ensure stakeholders are ready for go-live
Ensure new projects meet company standards
Ensure new projects align with global technology strategy
