In this position, you will get to: • Recruitment & Selection: o To support in recruitment and selection process. • Pre & Post Onboarding: o To create an onboarding employee experience o To ensure completion of various Pre & Post Joining activities for all new hire at respective location. o To support in scheduling and conducting the Induction / Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants. o To educate employees about the policies. o To ensure workstation, joining kit, laptop / desktop, ID card and access card etc. is arranged prior to date of joining. • Compensation & Benefits / Payroll: o To handle employee grievances related to Salary & Compensation Structure and taxation for the respective location. o To ensure correcting of arrears in salaries, if any. • Statutory Compliance: o To ensure all the required all the statutory compliances are followed as per S&E • Training and Development: o To support in identifying, compiling and analyzing training needs of the Organization/ Individuals. o To support in preparation of quarterly / half yearly training calendar to organize the trainings. o To support in arrangement of internal / external trainings as per training calendar. 2 o To monitor & record attendance, feedback of training and evaluation of effectiveness of training. o To ensure and communicate to the HR Manager the necessary training needs for the employees which might have not been captured in the training calendar. • HR Policies: o To support in initiating and developing business friendly and sound HR processes, policies and practices. • Performance Management: o To interface with Managers / Head of Departments for performance mapping of each individual. o To monitor and facilitate the performance review feedba
