Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field., 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within retail, fashion, sports, or FMCG industries., Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)., Experience with digital design for social media and web., Knowledge of print production and artwork preparation., creative thinking and visual storytelling ability., Excellent time management and project coordination skills., Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment., communication and collaboration skills., Ability to translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and retail environments is highly preferred., Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus., Experience working with retail brands, sports brands, or lifestyle brands., Passion for design trends, branding, and consumer culture.
What You'll Do.
Develop high-quality visual assets for digital
and social media platforms.
Design marketing materials including campaign visuals
and promotional materials.
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Adapt global or regional creative assets to suit local market needs.
Prepare artwork files for print and production ensuring correct specifications.
Conduct quality checks on final outputs to ensure high production standards.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate multiple design projects across marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.; Work closely with marketing, retail, and digital teams to understand project requirements and objectives.; Guide and mentor senior and junior designers.; Provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency.; Support the manager in maintaining workflow efficiency and creative standards.; Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, visual storytelling, and brand innovation.
