What You'll Do.
Manage Interdisciplinary Collaboration Core (ICC) courses
Provide administrative support to Deputy Director
Plan and organize ICC courses
workshop/seminars and activities
Plan class timetabling
including booking of class venues
Work with Colleges/Schools and course instructors
Point of contact and support to students and schools
Handle and manage ICC courses registration
Arrange students from various disciplines
Monitor class attendances
Handle students’ results
Arrange meeting for Board of Examiners
Manage all payments to course instructors
Manage any other administrative matters
correspondence for meetings
Take minutes for meetings
Coordinate with Schools

Work with Colleges/Schools and course instructors; liaising with other relevant offices; Coordinate with Schools, offices, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
