What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years’ experience in funds, trust, and company administration, technical knowledge of fund/trust administration, Jersey Company Law, and tax considerations, Proven supervisory/management experience, IT capability

What You'll Do.

Taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of client funds and investment structures on Ocorian’s technology platform

Ensuring full adherence to Ocorian policies and procedures

Manage client portfolios

Administer complex entities

Monitor and manage risk

Support client relationships

Oversee utilisation and billing

Ensure continuity during absences

Act as authorised signatory

Contribute to management decisions

Support business development

Lead improvement projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

working closely with your senior manager; liaising with the wider management team; Support the team in meeting the administration and accounting needs of a portfolio of funds and investment structures; with team support as required; Assist team members and management with client matters; attend meetings with clients and advisers; Brief Senior Managers/Directors on upcoming activities; Participate in management meetings; coordinate allocation of new work to appropriately skilled team members; We collaborate to win together, sharing successes and shaping the future of our global business; Our culture of support and recognition provides the tools and opportunities for you to grow; We collaborate to win together and share our successes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
