What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in investor services, 1+ years of people management experience, Experience with standard services activities including treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery and other ancillary activities, Detail oriented with project management skills, Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities, Experience training and coaching junior team members, Highly flexible and adaptable to ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying close to the details, Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions, Access to reliable high-speed internet is required during working hours

What You'll Do.

Train and lead a team of investor services generalists

Ensuring team-generated deliverables are accurate and completed on time for our clients

Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction
