US shift (6: 30 PM onwards)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in property or real estate accounting, exposure to review/lead responsibilities, knowledge of CAM reconciliation, rental income accounting, and general ledger processes, Experience in financial statement preparation and overseeing AP/AR processes, Willingness to work in US shift (6: 30 PM onwards)

What You'll Do.

Oversee end-to-end accounting processes for real estate portfolios

and prepaid schedules

Supervise rental income booking

Supervise CAM reconciliations

Ensure accurate sales tax calculations

Ensure accurate real estate e-tax filings

Ensure accurate insurance payments

Lead core accounting functions such as AP/AR processing

Lead financial statement preparation

Support process improvements
