Optimize reconciliation
Reduce manual journals
Write BRDs for automation
Manage automation delivery
Define Journal Approval Matrix
Define reconciliation thresholds
Define close governance standards
Build process health dashboards
Track improvement metrics
Contribute RTR expertise
Represent GPO function
Ensure process readiness
Support SOX control documentation
Maintain compliance standards
Build rolling RTR pipeline
Evaluate finance technology solutions
Develop adoption business cases
Support Finance COE priorities
Contribute to finance integration
Develop process documentation
Create standard operating procedures
Align with global standards
Collaborate with regional teams
Ensure process adoption
