Get to Know the Team You will be part of the Finance Global Process Owner (GPO) team within the Finance Centre of Excellence (Finance COE) — Grab's Finance transformation engine. The COE works across every Finance sub-department to build a more efficient, standardized, and future-ready Finance operation. The GPO team owns process standards for RTR, PTP, and OTC. We work with SSC teams in Jakarta and Selangor, Country Finance Leads across six markets, GTS, and the CFO office. Get to Know the Role We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Finance Global Process Owner to join our finance team. You will report to the Senior Manager, RTR Global Process Owner and be base at our Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will own and drive key Record-to-Report (RTR) process improvement initiatives across the region, including reconciliation optimization, payment automation, manual journal reduction, and governance uplift. You will work with Global Transaction Services (GTS), Country Finance, and Shared Service Center (SSC) teams to design, implement, and optimize finance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed professional to lead meaningful operational improvements and lead process transformation projects on a global scale.
