The majority of time is spent in the delivery of services or activities, typically under supervision. Opportunities for progression outside of this career track typically require experience, additional education, and/or licensure/certification. This job family coordinates, integrates, and administers a range of diverse administrative or staff functions. Areas of responsibility include delivering administrative and related support services to the organization; managing reception, greeting guests/visitors, issuing security passes, receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources; providing office mailroom support; vehicle fleet administration; document management; managing, planning, repairing, and maintaining the organization's facilities and assets; maintaining buildings, facilities, and grounds in clean/hygienic condition; ensuring safety and security of the organization’s employees, clients, visitors and property; and managing the operations of the library network and associated services. Positions in this sub-family are responsible for the maintenance, operations and security of facilities and office spaces to accommodate user departments and company objectives.
