monthly review on KRA/KPI
handling container execution process
handling CMA / SMA for west Africa port
maintaining details of shipment / terminal
secure supporting documents
perform various analysis
control on end-to-end shipment process
Monthly task related to reporting
ensure meeting deadline
Supervising & Taking care of VIP Clients
documentation and coordination for clients
creating SOP and process
Assisting with Insurance task
Assisting with Container Freight Matrix
Assisting with Master Data Management
Intercompany transactions reconciliation
Intercompany payment process
Render weekly reports to up line manager
Render monthly reports to Stakeholder
Conducting monthly / weekly meeting
Manages and leads team members
motivate team members
assesses performance of team
communicating team goals
identifying areas for training
identifying areas for skill checks
Develops strategies to promote team adherence
