Main responsibilities: * Creating KRA / KPI for team and having monthly review on it. * Thorough about container execution process from Brazil, Asia, Eu and Central America and handling CMA / SMA for west Africa port. * Understanding and maintaining meticulous details of shipment / terminal, loading charges / D&D/Storage for processing payment and mitigating such loss. * To maintain database and secure supporting documents of different claims processed to perform various analysis. * Being aware and having control on end-to-end shipment process / system / reporting. * Monthly task related to reporting, tracker, ensure meeting deadline for each task. Freight, Shipper payment, invoicing, accruals, cash allocation & update of shipment in System. * Supervising & Taking care of VIP Clients for container shipment, documentation and coordination. * Being aware of UCP 600 / ISBP and handled LC shipments. * Proficiency in creating SOP and process. * Assisting if need arise for Insurance task, Container Freight Matrix and Master Data Management. * Aware of Compliance, Credit Risk approval, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Policy. * Intercompany transactions reconciliation and its payment process on weekly / monthly basis. * Render weekly reports to up line manager and on monthly basis to Stakeholder. * Conducting monthly / weekly meeting and leading it. Team Management * Manages and leads team members in achieving company/platform goal, motivate and assesses performance. * Provide encouragement to team member
