## Description Job Summary In this individual contributor role, you will work with the largest customers and agency planners to establish long-term partnerships for advertisers within a designated industry. You will own revenue targets for key accounts and utilise your understanding of market dynamics, and TV ad inventories to create value for your clients. About the team This team consists of individuals with a mix of sales, strategy and execution across TV platforms. Key Responsibilities This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment Business in a specific industry The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning Jiostar as a premium destination for TV investments You will be Jiostar’s ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand India’s TV ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations alongwith establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar’s ad solutions and capabilities You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision Acting as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive business You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc. You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts Skills & Attributes for success : Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Comfort to use data and analytics while building on cli
