What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years' experience developing, implementing, and managing HSE programs, Track record in HSE management within Operational Management systems and corporate client environments, Experience managing HSE for multiple sites across multiple countries, ISO 14001 and 45001 Management system development, implementation, and auditing experience, Experience implementing HSE technology platforms and data management tools across multiple regions, Practical working knowledge of risk management across complex multi-site property portfolios
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent), Internal audit certification as per ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Experience working with multinational corporate clients, Exposure to HSE technology platforms and digital tools

Provide technical advice on relevant HSE issues
Communicate legislative changes impacting service delivery

Manage client relationships ensuring expected service levels are
Establish effective relationships with Account Teams
Ensure 3rd party vendors maintain compliance with HSE
Implement and maintain JLL Regional HSE operational controls
Drive development of best practice HSE training programs
Implement HSE strategy and operating protocols for contractor
Manage HSE regulatory compliance
Support assurance for the HSE program
