Get to Know the Role The Assistant Manager, Demand Planning combines quantitative demand forecasting with growth experimentation and execution. You will develop robust demand forecasts, translate them into scalable growth initiatives, design and measure promotional and activation experiments, and partner with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize orders, gross merchandise value (GMV), and unit economics for GrabFood. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Maintain comprehensive demand plans for GrabFood Indonesia, incorporating both short-term and long-term forecasts to anticipate customer demand while accounting for market trends and promotional activities. * Design, execute, and measure promotional and campaign experiments to optimize demand and enhance unit economics. * Translate demand forecasts and market opportunities into relevant, scalable growth strategies and go-to-market plans, adjusting tactics based on budget constraints and competitive landscape analysis. * Establish and maintain performance tracking and repo
