**_Job Family_ :** EBO Management Information System (India) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 25% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems. * Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets. * Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors. * Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities. * Responsible for tracking process metrics, SLAs and driving improvement * Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights. * Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units. * Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments. * Creation of Daily/Weekly Monthly reports in adherence to process timelines on MS excel/Power BI. Create and develop and modification of excel based tools /Power BI. * Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand business requirements. * Assist Operations team to consolidate, track and report the status of Key deliverables * Manage the tasks of data analysts and identify optimization opportunities. * Collaborate directly with internal and external clients to meet analytics demands. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management, Statistics, or comparable discipline * Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles. * Excellent Data Analysis skills & Independent client handling & execution ability * Adept at report writing and presenting findings. * Advanced understanding of data management and visualization practices. * Prior experience working with MS Office (advanced excel), Power BI and VBA Macros * Fluency in _Python and SQL_ for data analytics. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadli
