Job Summary : The Assistant Manager, Corporate Administration plays a pivotal role in supporting the Manager in leading team operations while ensuring excellence in service delivery. This position requires a strategic focus on quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across all administrative functions. What you will do : * Lead and develop team members by providing technical guidance, identifying training needs, and fostering professional growth whilst ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements * Oversee quality assurance and methodology implementation by monitoring regulatory compliance, reviewing deliverables for accuracy, ensuring correct software usage, and maintaining consistent work quality standards across all cluster operations * Provide comprehensive technical and client support by allocating tasks, resolving complex queries, managing service disruptions, escalating issues appropriately, and guiding team members through complex matter resolution * Drive process improvements and standardisation by documenting and updating procedures, implementing new methodolo
