Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or a related insolvency role preferred, analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively both independently and in a team environment, Demonstrated problem-solving skills using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law or related field preferred, Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or equivalent preferred
What You'll Do.
Working closely with a portfolio of complex contentious insolvency cases
including antecedent transactions
and asset tracing matters
Detailed financial analysis
Preparing expert reports
Managing stakeholder communications
Supporting junior team members
Analysing and interpreting complex financial and insolvency data related to contentious cases
Preparing high-quality reports
review expert witness statements
and responses to creditor enquiries
Supporting and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative working environment
Engaging with clients
and other stakeholders to support case strategy and resolution
Keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments affecting contentious insolvency
Contributing to business development activities such as pitch preparation and representing Interpath at industry events
