What You'll Do.
Provide company secretarial services
Convene board meetings
Attend board meetings
Convene committee meetings
Attend committee meetings
Liaise with Board members
Manage preparation of agendas
Manage preparation of action points
Manage preparation of minutes
Provide company secretarial support
Maintain company records
Maintain share functions
Maintain registrar functions
Maintain system maintenance
Ensure adherence to governance principles
Make stock exchange announcements
Co-ordinate preparation of board packs
Circulate board packs
Ensure communication with client teams
Prepare notices for General Meetings
Prepare proxies for General Meetings
Prepare supporting documents for General Meetings
Liaise with legal advisors
Ensure timely dispatch of proxies
Ensure quorum is obtained
Liaise with external Registrars
Complete statutory filings
