This role ensures the delivery of high-quality food services, maintains health and safety standards, manages staff across locations, and supports operational efficiency to meet the nutritional needs of factory employees while adhering to budget constraints. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Operations Management** Assist in overseeing day-to-day cafeteria operations across multiple factory premises, ensuring consistent service delivery and food quality standards. Coordinate meal planning, preparation schedules, and service times to align with factory shift patterns and production schedules. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food supplies, equipment, and consumables across all locations. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for food preparation, service, and facility maintenance. ### **Staff Supervision and Development** Supervise cafeteria staff including cooks, food service workers, and cleaning personnel across multiple sites. Conduct staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts and managing overtime effectively. Provide training on food safety, hygiene practice
