10 + years of trade experience managing large teams (50–100 people), deep understanding of scanning, deep understanding of metadata, deep understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS), deep understanding of Time and Motion Studies (TMS), Strong technical knowledge of production scanners, Strong technical knowledge of server handling, high proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations), high proficiency in Management Information System (MIS) reporting via Google Data Studio, Proven ability to handle large-scale judiciary projects, Graduate degree required

Nice to Have

Master of Business Administration in Operations preferred
