BDO’s Audit practice is a major player within the local marketplace, working with a diverse portfolio of organisations across a broad range of industries. Our growing audit practice provides services to some of the most exciting, established and emerging organisations. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a high‑performing team, gaining exposure to complex engagements while continuing to build your leadership capability. **About You** * Relevant tertiary qualification * Demonstrated external audit experience within a professional services firm (typically 4+ years) * CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) * Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members * Solid understanding of financial statement areas and key audit concepts * Ability to identify risks and apply appropriate audit procedures * Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills **Key responsibilities include:** * Support the management, leadership and development of the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution of assigned engagements * Contribute to service line initiatives and support broader team strategy and continuous improvement * Identify audit and engagement risks and contribute to the development of appropriate audit approaches for each assignment * Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compl
