The primary objective is to assist the Store Manager in maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly service to customers, while effectively managing staff and operations.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must have flexible availability and provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Physical requirements include the ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 lbs, occasionally lift/carry up to 60 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, bend at the waist with twisting, and grasp/reach/manipulate objects with hands, potentially climbing a ladder.
Nice to Have
Retail experience, supervisor or management experience, recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills, and experience handling food are preferred. A High School/College Degree is also preferred.
