Must Have
4-5 Closing Shifts per week, Experience managing high volume parties, Open summer availability, 2 + years of management experience within the hospitality industry
Nice to Have
Experience running a high volume bar/lounge an asset, wine and cocktail knowledge, WSET certification preferred

Manage and oversee daily operations
