Nice to Have
Experience with consultation-based customer service models, Ability to develop and train staff, Proficient in excel, Proficient in Microsoft suite, Adaptable to other systems, Basic HR skills in hiring, Basic HR skills in scheduling, Basic HR skills in training, Basic HR skills in performance management, Experience in cross cultural collaboration, DEIB or social justice training, Fluency in Spanish, Fluency in French, Fluency in other languages
