SUMMARY OF THE ROLE In this role, you will drive the growth of decorative product sales by engaging with new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing margins, and ensuring effective collections, while contributing to increased market share and overall business profitability. The position is based in Kasaragod, Kerala and reports to the Sales Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through regular visits and communication, ensuring trust and understanding of their needs. * Promote and sell decorative products by supporting marketing activities and campaigns that help achieve sales targets. * Follow company sales guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and effective business growth. * Take responsibility for timely payment follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow and meet collection targets. * Provide excellent customer service by supporting distributors, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. * Work closely with internal teams, keep customer records updated, and review market opportunities to improve sales performance and expand business presence.
