Any certification in Facility Management, Experience in facility management and electrical maintenance, Experience with UPS and Backup, Experience with AMC, Experience with legal, Experience with compliance, Experience with SEZ documentation, Experience with EHS, Experience with Transportation, Experience to handle large facility approximately more than lakh sq. ft.
What You'll Do.
Report to Director -Facilities & Administration
Manage administrative aspects and functions of site operations
Handle office expansion and renovation projects
Ensure efficient practices through project stages
Meet project deadlines
Handle documentations and ISMS Audits
Liaise with government officials
Interface with government-appointed vendors
Maintain office registers and files
Prepare and present reports to HOD
Compile documents from builder
Maintain asset management
Maintain vendor and key person contact details
Maintain vendor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Maintain vendor services cost-effectively
Manage cafeteria services
Enforce office safety rules and regulations
Handle core areas of responsibility proactively
Ensure uninterrupted services by maintaining equipment
Plan Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for services
Maintain relationships with clients
Arrange regular meetings with key vendors
Handle emergency situations and deadlines
Assign work orders and emergency projects
Conduct periodic inspections of buildings and facilities
Supervise ticket count
Maintain low count of open tickets
Update challenges in notes
Close tickets properly
Manage the team and assign tasks
Monitor and track internal ticketing system
Monitor and track PMO
Ensure tickets are reviewed and resolved within SLAs
Manage the budget efficiently
Identify opportunities to reduce/save/avoid cost/expense

Full Job Description
**_Job Family_ :** Facilities (India) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Reports to Director -Facilities & Administration * Overall responsible for all administrative aspects and functions related to the day-today operations of the site. * Experience in handling office expansion and renovation projects. * Working closely with PMC to ensure efficient and consistent practices through all stages of the project and make sure project deadlines are meet as agreed with business * Experience in handling documentations and ISMS Audits * Interface and liaison with all government officials like law enforcement (police), waste management, e waste. Health authorities, EHS and SEZ authorities, etc. * Also, interface with vendors appointed by these government bodies to provide the services. * Maintain registers & files in the office * Prepare and present accurate and reliable reports to HOD * Compile the list of documents and information to be collected from the builder * Prepare and maintain of asset management * Prepare and maintain all vendors and key person contact details * Prepare and maintain all vendor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) * Maintain the vendor services in a cost-effective way * Maintain cafeteria management * Ensure the safety of the office follow and enforce safety rules and regulations. * Demonstrate pro-active handling in core areas of responsibility * Ensure uninterrupted services by maintaining all equipment with least breakdowns . * Plan PPM (Periodic Preventive Maintenance) for all services to avoid crisis bound repair work * Maintain good relationship with clients, landlord and vendors * Arrange regular meetings with key vendors. * Handle emergency situations and time sensitive deadlines with accuracy and speed * Attend to and assign work orders and emergency projects with required urgency and priority * Conduct periodic inspections of buildings and facilities and reporting the same needs * S
