What You'll Do.
Assist with store functions
Assist with day-to-day store activities
Help customers in a positive
Address customer questions or concerns
Organize merchandise from delivery truck
Transfer merchandise to stockroom
Transfer merchandise to sales floor
Maintain seasonal areas of the store
Perform opening procedures
Perform closing procedures
Process corporate directives
Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures
Maintain promotional effectiveness of displays
Assist in ordering merchandise
Process damaged merchandise
Maintain areas of the store
Maintain a well-stocked sales floor
Maintain an organized stockroom
Protect company assets
Secure company assets
Adhere to policies and procedures
Adhere to safety guidelines
Ensure store associates follow company policies
Supervise Store Associates
Train Store Associates
Develop Store Associates
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store
Ensure all areas are neat and presentable
Other duties as assigned
