Responsibilities * Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients * Work with our Market Analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports. * Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations * Work on documentation related to transaction management; building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc. * Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients. * Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales support * Help mount and attend various client engagement activities· * Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients. ## Qualifications Skills & Experience * At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position * Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent * Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills * Great organizational & interpersonal skills. ## Additional Information What's on offer: * A competitive base salary and benefits str
