Must Have
3 years of prior experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations, MS Office, Internet skills required
Nice to Have
Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Assist with management of contract compliance
Maintain relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors
Review client contract and check work expectations
Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors
Communicate client priorities
Collaborate on solving problems
Ensure quality assurance per account
Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily
Provide nightly recap
Make recommendations for IC work assignments
Manage to client standards
Manage to company guidelines
Discharge if not meeting service level agreement
Manage customer complaints
Manage customer requests
Manage new client starts
Manage VIP treatment needing attention
Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy
Execute Customer Compliant Policy
Execute Four Star Policy
Execute other operational policies
Ensure compliance with client policies
Ensure compliance with approved cleaning tools
Ensure compliance with approved equipment
Ensure proper use of cleaning tools
Ensure proper use of equipment
