Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field, More than 8 years of experience in project management within financial services, insurance, or technology sectors, Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, leadership and team facilitation abilities, Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Familiarity with insurance industry processes, compliance, and regulatory standards is an advantage, Fluent in Cantonese language skill is a plus, PMP or Agile certification is a plus

This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
