**[What the role is]** ASSISTANT MANAGER, ART IN TRANSIT **[What you will be working on]** We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on public transport infrastructures by supporting the development and implementation of artworks across MRT stations whilst gaining exposure to transit architecture technical requirements. You will also have hands-on experience in managing public art projects within complex infrastructure environments, offering insights into both creative processes and project management of public art projects within the transit systems. Your key responsibilities include: * Assist with the planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, and site management for AIT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Coordinate and manage with artists, contractors, Public Transport Operators (PTOs), and all relevant internal and external stakeholders * Track and report on project progress, proactively managing any potential delays or issues as they arise * Support procurement activities, including tender preparation, artwork specifications, budgeting, and briefing documents, as well as managing contracts, such as claims and schedules * Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for artwork projects and digital archives, including project reports, presentation materials, and meeting notes * Create and maintain a database of artwork contractors and an artist registry, categorized by fields of expertise, medium specialty, and project experience * Undertake market research on artwork projects to support effective project planning and budgeting **[What we are looking for]** * Knowledge in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management, Arts Management, Fine Arts, Art History or equivalent * At least 3 years of experience in managing art or architecture projects, including site management, installations, exhibitions, or ar
