Assistant Manager, Affiliate Marketing (Kota Damansara) We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager to drive our Affiliate Marketing operations. In this pivotal role, you will develop overarching affiliate strategies, negotiate high-impact commercial agreements, and cultivate a thriving network of creators. By leveraging advanced data analytics and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, you will maximize GMV and ROI across major social commerce platforms. What You'll Do Develop, execute, and continuously optimize overarching affiliate and partnership strategies to align with core business objectives. Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, and creators across platforms like TikTok and Shopee, negotiating competitive commercial terms. Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with top-performing partners by providing consistent engagement, strategic feedback, and tailored content briefings. Oversee the meticulous setup of affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and commission structures while ensuring strict adherence to allocated brand budgets. Collaborate strategically with internal Content, Creative, and Livestream teams to align initiatives and develop compelling, affiliate-ready content kits. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics—such as GMV, ROI, and conversion rates—using internal dashboards to segment affiliates and identify actionable growth trends.
