Must Have

Relevant qualifications in any discipline at degree level, At least 2 years of relevant working experience, data management skills, organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism

Nice to Have

preferably in an educational institution or public sector setting, familiarity with survey platforms or data management systems is an advantage, Prior experience with or exposure to GES processes will be a distinct advantage

What You'll Do.

Co-leading GES cycle management

Organising GES liaison between IHLs and vendor

Producing summary reports and data analyses

Assisting in student disciplinary cases management

Preparing case documentation

Liaising with schools and stakeholders

Maintaining accurate disciplinary records

Archiving files for audit purposes

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Serve as liaison between Institutes of Higher Learning and vendor; Liaising with schools and relevant stakeholders; Work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
