Must Have

Degree with at least 3 years of work experience in administrative/policy functions, background in institutional/management reporting, preparing materials for senior leadership, Proven ability to collate and integrate data accurately from multiple sources, Exposure to governance, compliance, or policy-related work, Skilled in stakeholder coordination across departments, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail

Nice to Have

experience in higher education administration, policy, compliance, institutional reporting, audits or regulatory submissions

Support academic planning function

Prepare intake and enrolment data reports

Monitor and report on KPIs

Assist in process improvement

Streamline workflows for reporting and planning

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with stakeholders across university; Gather information for submissions; Align on requirements for submissions; Work closely with stakeholders; Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutes
