Must Have
5-7 years maintenance management experience, Knowledge of CMMS program, Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, Working knowledge of robotics, Previous work with conveyors, Knowledge of OSHA guidelines & regulations, Working knowledge of Lockout/Tag-out procedures, Understanding Preventative/predictive & corrective principles and techniques

This role assists in executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting capital projects. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in resource planning, CMMS utilization, and teammate development, contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-performing facility. Facilities Maintenance * Support the execution of maintenance programs for conveyor systems, material handling equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure to reduce downtime and extend asset life. * Coordinate maintenance activities with department managers to ensure timely repairs and minimal operational disruption. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment failures, escalating issues as needed to ensure operational continuity. * Manage janitorial and housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the facility. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards, partnering with safety specialists to implement best practices.
