Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, 4–6 years progressive HR experience, Exposure to employee relations, Exposure to organizational development, Exposure to training facilitation or learning programs, Experience in a BPO, shared services, or high-volume multi-site environment, Knowledge of employee relations practices, Knowledge of case handling, Knowledge of investigations, Knowledge of policy implementation, Knowledge of workplace conflict management, Experience in employee engagement, Experience in culture-building, Experience in leadership development, Experience in survey action planning, Experience in organizational interventions, Ability to facilitate workshops, Ability to conduct training sessions, Ability to engage participants, Ability to work with data, Ability to generate insights, Ability to translate findings into actionable interventions, High level of discretion, High level of maturity, Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters

Lead People Relations function

Manage employee concerns

Handle disciplinary processes

Conduct investigations

Handle employee relations issues

Partner with Operations

Improve employee climate

Minimize employee relations risk

Review and recommend updates to code of conduct

Review and recommend updates to employee handbook

Review and recommend updates to disciplinary guidelines

Review and recommend updates to HR policies

Track and analyze people relations trends

Recommend preventive actions

Provide coaching and guidance to line leaders

Support hearing facilitation

Support documentation review

Support notice preparation

Support case resolution recommendations

Lead design and implementation of people development programs

Manage employee engagement initiatives

Administer employee engagement surveys

Develop engagement action plans

Follow through on improvement opportunities

Identify organizational capability gaps

Recommend interventions

Drive performance culture

Align development initiatives with business priorities

Support organizational change efforts

Plan change communications

Enable managers for change

Support change adoption activities

Develop and monitor metrics
