What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), 7+ years of overall experience in HR technologies, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Equus AssignmentPro, Project management experience

Nice to Have

Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and coordinating multiple work streams, Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments, Knowledge of AssignmentPro and other HR systems in the domain of Global Mobility and payroll, Knowledge of end-to-end Global Mobility HR processes, payroll, compensation and benefits and ability to define dependencies and connect the dots across the technology landscape, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Outstanding analytical, problem solving and fact-finding skills, Ability to effectively communicate solution design, design proposals and negotiate options with stakeholders, Ability to understand the HR’s business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the need, Excellent written and verbal communication mastery in English and local language, Ability to identify, clarify and resolve project issues and risks as needed, Relationship building skills to effectively partner with HR CoEs and other internal teams and external vendors, Ability to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively, Ability to work independently

What You'll Do.

Administer Global mobility technology platform(s)

Manage enterprise-wide design framework

Implement updates from periodic releases

Provide support for related modules

Support resolution of escalated issues

Identify and recommend process improvements

Support in maintaining training activities

Plan projects addressing business needs

Support global mobility integrations

Assess global mobility processes

Implement new global mobility integration projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with HR, PEX teams; Collaborate with technology teams within HR IT; Liaise with Global Process Owners; Partner with support teams; Liaise between HR and IT teams; Work with HR team for UAT; Partner with HR CoEs and internal teams; Work with Data Privacy Team; Work with Vendor Risk Management team; Work with Cybersecurity team; Work with Enterprise Architecture

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively communicate solution design; Excellent written and verbal communication mastery in English and local language

Process & Methodology

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, Manage timelines, deliverables, Coordinate multiple work streams, Plan projects, Take up IT project management role
