What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role, leadership and communication skills, High attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
Resort experience is preferred, Experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily operations of rooms
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
and motivate housekeeping team members
and daily task assignments
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and assist in controlling costs
Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
